Ashlar Projects is a multi-faceted branding and marketing agency specializing in the real estate, retail, hospitality, luxury and lifestyle sectors. Co-founders Brooke Hortenstine and Missy Wyszynski lead a boutique studio — comprised of graphic designers, website developers and marketing and public relations account executives — guided by an editorial eye and market insight. The diversely talented team collectively crafts timeless, elevated and memorable brand identities and marketing strategies.

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our branding and marketing agency. The graphic designer will provide innovative design concepts, create professional and engaging materials to enhance our luxury brand image and support marketing and sales activities.

*Note this job is on-site in Dallas, TX, with an opportunity to work from home one day per week. Fully remote positions will not be considered.

•  Hands-on experience across a range of design work, including brand creation, logos, websites, social media, and print collateral
• Being part of a team with great people who produce great work

• Support senior designers from concept through final execution
• Execute design direction across branding, signage, packaging, digital, and print
• Contribute ideas and support the evolution of brand identities
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
• Clearly communicate design thinking to both design and non-design audiences
• Assist with print production and coordination
• Manage timelines and project deliverables
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee work through production
• Provide professional, friendly client communication
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

• 2–4 years of experience; BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Strong visual eye for typography, layout, and photography
• Understanding of current design trends across print and digital
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud; solid foundation in branding, hierarchy, and layout (Figma a plus)
• Clear communicator who collaborates well and takes direction effectively
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Thoughtful problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Professional, client-focused, and easy to work with
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated with a drive to improve and exceed expectations
• Takes ownership of work and follows through
